Of Police, Etawah to took into the matter so that a dowry –death case might be filed and suitable action be taken against the Culprit, However, due to some vested interest the police did not do anything.

About Six months later when the well known Social Activist Sri Har Narayan Yadav came to know of this dowry death case. He met Subeera’s grief stricken mother Sarla Devi and brother Rajiv Kumar Singh. To get justice for the bereaved family be along with his comrades started an indefinite fast and played a demonstration at city Etawah on 01 January 1984.
